Reminder: Monday, 6 March starts the 2023 Human Genome Editing Summit in London. For those of us in the U.S. who care to get up in the wee hours, the summit will be available via Vimeo or Zoom (see website). I believe the video will continue to be available after the meeting as well but that's just my guess.

TikTok knows a worrying amount of data about you. Here's what it tracks:
1. Device
2. OS
3. Location
4. Keystroke patterns or rhythms
5. Battery state
6. Audio settings
7. Connected audio devices
8. Objects and scenery in videos
9. Existence and location of face and body
10. Text of words spoken
They can do a lot with that data!

Wait wait wait, back up; his HOME computer? Like, you mean that one out of only four engineers at LastPass had access to core secrets from his own computer, instead of his company laptop?
A computer that ran a version of Plex that apparently hadn't been updated in a good while?
Just move away from LastPass if you haven’t already, please 😂
